Check in time is from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If you know that you will be later or earlier than these times, please call us as soon as you know. Sorry, we do not accomodate any arrivals after 9:00 PM.
Our rooms are all non-smoking rooms. We invite you to enjoy a cigarette outside on any of our three porches.
All room rates include a gourmet breakfast at 8:00 am. For guest requiring an earlier breakfast an extended continental will be provided.
On festival weekends (Dogwood Trails Festival and Fall Festival) a two night stay is required.
Due to the nature of this business we adhere to a strict 2 week cancellation policy. Unfortunately no refunds will be given unless the rooms can be re-rented.
Although we do not accept pets or children under the age of 14, we will be happy to direct you to other lodging properties in the area that may.
